• Collecting, processing, analyzing, and validating ESG data;

• Managing, optimizing, and further developing ESG systems, consolidation, and reporting tools;

• Supporting the development of dashboards and management reports;

• Collaborating on the design and further expansion of the ESG data landscape;

• Ensuring the quality, completeness, and reliability of ESG data;

• Ensuring audit readiness of ESG information and meeting assurance requirements;

• Identifying and realizing improvements in reporting processes, controls, and systems;

• Supporting management and business units with reliable ESG management information;

• Contributing to the preparation of the annual sustainability statement in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), and the EU Taxonomy.

As an ESG Reporting Specialist, you report to the Group ESG manager and play an important role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting ESG data. You work at the intersection of sustainability, data management, internal control, and technology. Additionally, you contribute to the further professionalization of our ESG reporting processes and support the organization with reliable management information.

You get energy from continuously improving sustainability reports and know how to translate complex regulations into practical processes and solutions. You combine analytical ability with a strong sense of data quality and internal control.

You are curious, critical, and result-oriented. You know how to establish connections between data, processes, and reporting requirements and are able to involve various stakeholders in improvements. Thanks to your eye for detail and quality, you ensure that ESG information is reliable, verifiable, and future-proof.
