What will you be doing?
At Van Mossel, we continue to grow, and we are proud of that. To further strengthen our HR department, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer. Together with three colleagues, you will form the administrative and operational heart of our HR organization and support the HR Business Partners. No two days are the same, as you will be involved in diverse HR processes and issues.

• You will process the inflow, movement, and outflow of employees, contracts, and personnel changes in AFAS;

• You will answer HR-related questions from employees and managers and ensure excellent service;

• You will actively contribute to projects aimed at improving and optimizing HR processes;

• You will prepare subsidy applications for students and ensure correct handling;

• You will monitor and manage various administrative HR processes and ensure everything is executed in a timely and accurate manner;

• You will supervise the progress of absenteeism files and monitor the obligations under the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).

 Who are you?
You are someone who enjoys a varied job and likes helping your colleagues. Thanks to your experience, you quickly get an overview of different HR processes, switch easily between tasks, and always work accurately. Experience with AFAS Profit is a plus, but not a must – we are happy to teach you everything you need to know! Furthermore:
