As an Inside Sales Parts Account Manager, you are the point of contact for customers at our parts counter. You help them with their orders, think along with their needs, and actively engage them in conversation. You get to know our customers and build good relationships.

An important part of your role is making customers enthusiastic about ordering online. You explain how this works, show what the benefits are, and help them with the first steps. In this way, you ensure that customers can order their parts online independently and with increasing ease.

Additionally, customer visits on-site can be part of your work, up to one day per week. During these visits, you discuss how the collaboration is progressing and help customers make use of our online ordering options.

Between customer contacts, you support your warehouse colleagues. Whether it involves processing incoming parts, collecting orders, or other warehouse activities: you take charge and help where necessary.

• Receiving and helping customers at the parts counter;

• Advising customers on parts and processing orders;

• Actively stimulating and guiding customers with online ordering;

• Maintaining customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities;

• Possibly visiting customers on-site, up to one day per week;

• Supporting the receiving, processing, and collecting of parts;

• Assisting with other activities in the warehouse.

Experience within the automotive or truck industry is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. Most important to us is that you are customer-oriented, engage in conversation easily, and derive pleasure from helping customers. You enjoy explaining things to customers and take the time to familiarize them with online ordering. Additionally, you like to work together and consider it natural to help out in the warehouse.

• Preferably has experience with customer contact, parts, or warehouse activities.
