Are you an analytical buyer who gets energy from negotiating, optimizing supplier performance, and achieving concrete results? Do you want to work within a dynamic international lease organization where you will receive a lot of responsibility and can truly make an impact? Then we would love to meet you.

As a Buyer, you are responsible for one or more procurement categories that make an important contribution to our services. You are responsible for the entire procurement process: from market analysis and supplier selection to contract management, negotiations, and continuous optimization.

You work closely with colleagues from Operations, ICT, Finance, and other departments and are an important interlocutor for suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Independently executing complex procurement and tender processes;

• Selecting, contracting, and strategically managing suppliers and partners;

• Leading negotiations regarding rates, contract terms, KPIs, and SLAs;

• Developing and implementing improvements within contracts and supplier agreements;

• Steering supplier performance in the areas of cost, quality, continuity, and service;

• Identifying market developments and translating these into concrete improvement initiatives;

• Initiating and realizing cost savings and innovations;

• Advising the Procurement Manager on tactical and strategic procurement issues;

• Leading implementation, improvement, and procurement projects;

• Contributing to international procurement projects and group-wide initiatives;

• Managing and handling complex supplier issues and claims;

• Monitoring contract agreements, discount, and bonus structures;

• Preparing reports and performing market, supplier, and benchmark analyses;

• Actively working with ERP, BI, and analysis tools to support the procurement function.

You are analytical, practically minded, and know how to switch easily between different stakeholders. You are entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and get energy from realizing improvements. Thanks to your commercial mindset and negotiation skills, you know how to build sustainable relationships and achieve results.
