Service Advisor in the Netherlands

For our branch of Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz Vans & Trucks in Moordrecht, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the team of service advisors. In this role, together with your colleague service advisor, you are the key link between the customer and the workshop.

You are the first point of contact for customers regarding performed work, planning, invoicing, and damage or warranty claims. Together, you ensure that the customer is truly satisfied. Every day you deal with a great diversity of customers, each with their own wish. In this position, everything revolves around customer satisfaction.

• Receiving customers, determining the problem or the need, and coordinating this with the customer;

• Scheduling work for colleagues in the workshop;

• Monitoring progress and informing the customer about the schedule;

• Discussing the invoice and providing explanations about the work performed.

You have an affinity with automotive technology, trucks, and vans, and you enjoy being in contact with customers. We work hard, but we do this together and with each other. Service orientation is in your DNA, just like hospitality and commitment to your work. Even when it is busy at the counter, you know how to maintain an overview.

• MBO work and thinking level;

• Good communication skills and a good command of the Dutch language;

• Available full-time.
