What you'll do

What are you going to do?
For our Van Mossel Opel & MG location in 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for a customer-friendly colleague to join our team as a senior service advisor. In this role, you are the face and calling card of the location. You receive customers with a big smile and help them with the most diverse questions, which primarily concern service. Through your technical automotive knowledge, you know how to make the translation between the customer and the workshop. What a typical workday looks like? The customer calls for an appointment and you schedule a date and time together with the customer. On the day of the appointment, you receive the customer and discuss any potential problems with the car. Subsequently, you hand over the work to your colleagues in the workshop. Thanks to your information, the mechanics know exactly what they need to do. As soon as the car is ready, you discuss the performed work with the customer. You also process all of this administratively, of course, and you safeguard the workshop planning. Furthermore, your duties include:

Creating work orders;
Monitoring the progress of the planning;
Discussing invoices and providing explanations to the customer regarding the performed work;
Preparing appointments.
