The role

Do you enjoy being the first point of contact for customers and do you have an affinity for the automotive industry?
As a Service Advisor at Louwman Kia in Goes, you ensure that customers feel good when they bring in and pick up their car. You are the link between the customer and the workshop and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What you'll do

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our workshop. You receive customers, listen to their wishes, and ensure that their car receives the right attention. Throughout the day, you have contact with customers, mechanics, and colleagues. You maintain an overview, switch gears quickly, and ensure clear communication.

Your duties include

Receiving customers and discussing their wishes and complaints;
Scheduling and accepting workshop appointments;
Drafting and processing work orders;
Coordinating activities with mechanics;
Informing customers about the progress of the work;
Discussing additional work and repair advice with customers;
Drafting and explaining invoices;
Identifying commercial opportunities and advising on maintenance and repairs;
Ensuring a pleasant and professional customer experience.

No two days are the same. One customer comes in for a regular maintenance service, while another customer arrives unexpectedly with a problem. You keep a cool head and ensure the customer knows exactly where they stand.

What do we ask of you?

You enjoy working with people and get energy from a dynamic workday. You know how important good service is and ensure that customers feel heard and helped.

Additionally:

Do you have experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Receptionist, or in a similar position within the automotive industry;
Do you have a good sense for customer contact and service;
Do you have an affinity for cars and technology;
Can you switch effectively between different tasks;
Are you commercially minded and do you see opportunities to advise customers well;
Do you work accurately and maintain an overview;
Are you a strong communicator and do you know how to explain technical information understandably to customers.
Are you available for at least 36 hours (40 hours is preferred).

Do you not yet have experience as a Service Advisor, but do have experience within the automotive industry and do you recognize yourself in the above? Then we would also love to have a conversation with you.
