At Terwolde, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Advisor who is ready for the next step. Someone who doesn't just sell cars, but builds long-term relationships, sees opportunities where others miss them, and offers customers an experience that exceeds expectations.

You will represent no fewer than five strong automotive brands and become the primary point of contact for both private and business customers. With your commercial insight, enthusiasm, and expertise, you know how to guide customers toward the perfect mobility solution.

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you are responsible for the entire sales process. From the initial introduction to the delivery of the car, you ensure an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Advising private and business customers
• Selling new and used cars
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
• Actively following up on leads and quotes
• Generating new business and exploiting commercial opportunities
• Achieving sales objectives in terms of volume, margin, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with colleagues from sales, aftersales, and marketing
• Coaching and inspiring less experienced colleagues using your expertise

You are an experienced and enthusiastic salesperson who gets energy from customer contact and commercial challenges. You know how to build trust quickly, listen well to the customer's wishes, and translate these into the right solution.

You are entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and see opportunities before others do. With your persuasiveness and positive attitude, you know how to engage both customers and colleagues. You work independently, but also find it important to achieve successes together and share your knowledge with colleagues.
