As a Customer Service Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You answer questions, schedule appointments at our branches, and ensure that the workshop knows exactly what is going on. You are the connecting link between customer and colleagues. Your duties include:

• Answering customer questions via telephone and e-mail;

• Scheduling appointments at our branches;

• Communication and coordination with the workshop;

• Managing the mailbox and registering customer requests;

• Ensuring streamlined planning.

Thanks to your service-oriented approach, you ensure not only satisfied customers but also peace and overview in the work processes.

You are proactive, structured, and love to keep multiple balls in the air at once. You know how to get things done, remain calm under pressure, and switch gears quickly. Providing service is in your nature, and you are only satisfied when the customer is too. Furthermore, you possess:

• A customer-oriented and flexible attitude;

• Good organizational skills;

• Stress resistance and the ability to maintain an overview;

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

• Experience in customer service or planning is a plus, but motivation and commitment are at least as important!

This concerns a part-time position.
