As a Customer Contact Employee, you are an important link within our team. From Veenendaal, you will support eleven BMW and MINI branches with a wide range of tasks. You will work actively with complex workshop planning, where the focus is on overview, smart switching, and acting quickly. This makes this position perfect for someone who gets energy from dynamics and challenges in the daily operation.

You are the primary point of contact for our customers: you schedule appointments, answer questions via telephone or email, and ensure that every customer feels welcome. At the same time, you will learn a lot about how a modern workshop operates, allowing you to gain more technical knowledge step by step.
