What will you be doing?
For our Van Mossel Seat Skoda branch in Waalwijk / Tilburg, we are looking for a flexible service advisor. In this role, you are the administrative superstar. From the back office of our workshop reception, we support our fellow mechanics and service advisors regarding warranty and invoicing. All the work that happens in the workshop must be invoiced to the customer. Together with your colleagues, you will manage this versatile, challenging position and be responsible for the warranty process from A to Z. Additionally, you will ensure the proper handling of administrative orders and invoicing.

You switch easily between customer contact and administration. Even during busy moments, you remain friendly and maintain an organized way of working. You enjoy working in a team and go that extra mile for the customer. Furthermore, you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;

• Excellent command of the Dutch language;

• Full-time availability.
