Tilburg || 40 hours (min. 36 hours) || Salary between € 3,000.- and € 3,300.- based on 40 hours

As a Customer Service Representative, you are part of an experienced team consisting of 9 colleagues. Together with these colleagues, you will manage existing customer relationships and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. You ensure that the customer's order is correctly translated into operations and monitor the entire process. You know how to react actively to signals from the customer, subsequently using your service-oriented attitude to make a difference and ensure that you can translate the customer's wishes into concrete agreements. Together with the other internal departments, you remain connected regarding operational processes and also keep an eye on whether agreements are being met. Throughout the entire process, you are daily engaged in processing orders and communicating with our customers for a smooth flow of logistical activities.

• MBO or HBO working and thinking level;

• Preferably affinity and experience in logistics;

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;

• Service-oriented and customer-focused attitude;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Flexible attitude, eager to learn, resourceful, and accurate;

• Ability to identify issues and provide solutions;

• Process-oriented insight.

It is nice if you bring some experience in logistics, but we find your ambition and attitude much more important!
