While Crisp has since become a well-known name in the field of sustainable and good food, few people will know that we also distinguish ourselves with our own freshly prepared meals. Previously, the Eetfabriek was merely a supplier to Crisp, but by joining forces, the Eetfabriek has grown from a supplier of about 50 meals to freshly prepared by Crisp, with a production space that produces approximately 2000 meals per day. This growth and dynamic working environment is still noticeable, but now with more maturity, right in line with the Crisp way.
What you will do
As part of the Freshly Prepared office team, you will work together with the purchasing manager on a more efficient flow and processing of information. The information involved includes: purchase prices, stock values and quantities, assortment prices, and conveying this information to production. Your work will relate specifically to the freshly prepared department of Crisp's own brand.
Checking purchase invoices and identifying any incorrect quantities or prices, and subsequently communicating this with the manager and/or the supplier.
Analyzing and inspecting delivery data, after which stocks are discussed with the manager and the production staff.
Calculating minimum stock quantities from data in order to subsequently place orders with suppliers.
Thinking along regarding an optimal stock and its placement.
Thinking along within the product development team based on purchasing.
