Upfront is growing further outwards every year, and our external locations are at the forefront of that growth. This will accelerate next year, with new Foodstores and growing teams in production and distribution. How well a location performs depends largely on whom you hire. That is why we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to ensure that we bring in the very best people at all those locations. You will report to our Talent Acquisition Lead and work daily with our location leaders.

You don't need years of recruitment on your CV. What really counts: you make contact easily, you love a fast pace, and you know how to put the right people in the right places. Some weeks you will lead a campaign for a new Foodstore opening and interview many candidates in a few days. Other weeks you will be at a university to tell our story to students. You will work for multiple locations simultaneously and coordinate with various partners.

Our short-term goal: a full team for every new Foodstore in Utrecht, Breda, Amsterdam, and Leiden on the day it opens, and the right staffing in production and distribution. This means you will also be partly on the road: one day you are meeting candidates in Amsterdam, the next you are in a new store in Leiden. In a year's time, you will walk into a Foodstore with a team that you have assembled. You will learn the trade directly from our Talent Acquisition Lead.

• Take charge of recruitment for production, distribution, and Foodstores, from posting the vacancy to congratulating your new colleague

• Conduct screening calls and interviews with candidates and assess whether they fit our culture

• Coordinate with our location leaders regarding which staffing will be needed in the coming months

• Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels

• Safeguard the candidate experience: every candidate hears the honest story from us, even in the case of a rejection

• You are energetic, communicative, and commercial: you can get a hesitant candidate enthusiastic in a single conversation

• You work quickly and organized, even when dozens of candidates are in your pipeline at the same time
