You support our recruiters throughout the entire recruitment process. Your activities include:

• Recruitment: You search for and approach potential candidates, screen candidates for junior positions, schedule interviews, and support the selection of new colleagues.
• Candidate contact: You maintain contact with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers and ensure a smooth flow of the application process.
• Onboarding and administration: You prepare contracts, support the onboarding of new colleagues, and keep recruitment documentation and templates up to date.
• Recruitment events and employer branding: You help organize career fairs and student events and represent TOPdesk as an employer. In this way, you increase our brand awareness among students, starters, and other potential candidates.
• Process improvement: You think along about how we can make recruitment and onboarding processes more efficient and help improve job vacancies, communication, and internal documentation.

During your induction period, you will get to know TOPdesk, our recruitment processes, and the associated tools. You will be guided by experienced recruiters, but you will also receive the freedom to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks and projects.

Are you interested in recruitment, HR, and working with people?

As a Recruitment Student at TOPdesk, you play an active role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding new colleagues. You work together with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers and get the chance to gain experience with various aspects of recruitment, employer branding, and process improvement.

No two days are the same. One day you might be screening candidates or scheduling interviews, while the next day you are assisting with onboarding, improving recruitment processes, or representing TOPdesk at a career fair. From the very beginning, you will be given responsibility and the space to take initiative and contribute your own ideas.

• You gain broad practical experience in recruitment, HR, onboarding, and employer branding.
• You receive responsibility from day one and can gradually take on parts of the recruitment process independently.
• You combine administrative tasks with personal contact and the organization of events.
• You are given the space to take initiative, improve processes, and develop yourself professionally and personally.
• You work in a dedicated team where collaboration and learning are central.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, shows initiative, and is curious about recruitment.

You:

• Has an interest in recruitment, HR, and working with people.
• Is proactive, likes to take responsibility, and dares to ask questions.
• Can organize well and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communicates easily in both Dutch and English.
• Works accurately and has an eye for detail.
• Enjoys alternating administrative tasks with contact with candidates and colleagues.
• Gets energy from organizing activities and representing TOPdesk during events.
• Is available for at least 15 hours per week.
