The role

Troubleshooter
40 hours

As a Troubleshooter within our warehouse, you will work in a strictly regulated GDP and GMP environment. You are the first point of contact for deviations, and operational or process disruptions. Additionally, you are involved in preventing, resolving, registering, and reducing these disruptions and deviations. You analyze, identify causes, and ensure that processes quickly get back on track by coordinating with various departments and stakeholders. Thanks to your insight and decisiveness, you ensure that the flow of goods remains safe, compliant, and efficient, and you help our organization continuously improve.

What you'll do

Careful execution and documentation of deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and incident reports according to GDP/GMP guidelines;
Investigation of customer complaints and deviations;
Registering, detecting, and analyzing (complex) disruptions in processes, systems, or equipment and, where necessary, initiating and following up on actions;
Direct and independent resolution of problems to minimize downtime;
Communicating and organizing meetings with different teams to clearly map out problems;
Proactive suggestion of optimizations to prevent recurrence;
Supporting projects regarding process improvement or the implementation of new systems.

Analytically strong, accurate, and stress-resistant;
Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking;
Excellent communication skills.

What you bring

Minimum MBO 4 / HBO working and thinking level (technical, logistics, IT, or similar);
Experience in troubleshooting, technical support, LEAN, or process optimization is a plus;
Experience in pharma is a plus;
Knowledge of GDP/GMP guidelines or willingness to be trained in them;
Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
