The role

Hospital Manager
32 - 40 hours

Will you help us take the next step? To expand our Field Service, we are looking for a Hospital Manager. You will work in an enthusiastic team and take responsibility for developing the collaboration with hospital pharmacies and outpatient pharmacies!

What you'll do

This is what you will do
• Responsible for monitoring and achieving the established budget in both turnover and margin
• Writing strategic plans and creating annual proposals for the budget
• Actively managing existing customers in the assigned territory; strengthening and developing relationships with customers and decision makers
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer
• Expanding the portfolio with existing customers. Both regarding parallel imported medicinal products, own registrations as a Marketing Authorization Holder, and current medicinal product shortages
• Responsible for the process regarding intramural procurement rounds for the purpose of expanding annual contracts
• Following and anticipating market developments, for example, developments in prices or assortment of competitors
• Responsible for collecting market information (products, sales data, and price levels) for the benefit of the Market Research department. The Hospital Manager plays an important role in the development of the portfolio for hospital pharmacies and outpatient pharmacies
• Responsible for accounts receivable management in the assigned territory
• Supporting various relevant internal processes
