Team Lead Outbound 40 hours

As Team Lead Outbound, you are responsible for the order picking, packing, and loading departments. These departments consist of a total of 10 FTE and are growing. You ensure that all BModesto and BMclinical products leave the warehouse on time, correctly, and according to the agreed procedures. In doing so, you manage the team operationally, conduct the daily start-of-day meeting, monitor capacity relative to the workload, and coach employees in their daily activities. Additionally, you monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain close contact with the commercial teams to ensure optimal cooperation and customer satisfaction.

We import medicinal products from EU countries where the rates are currently lower than in the Netherlands. In our warehouse in Lelystad, the products are extensively checked according to the strictest quality standards. We provide the medicinal products with a Dutch package leaflet and, where possible, repack the medicines into the original Dutch packaging. In this way, we ensure optimal availability of medicinal products and can provide pharmacies, doctors' offices, and hospitals with the right supplies at the sharpest prices!

• Responsible for the daily course of affairs in your department;

• Ensuring good coordination with surrounding departments;

• Reporting progress daily to the Operations Manager;

• Conducting performance reviews, absenteeism discussions, and coaching employees;

• Thinking along with, implementing, and being responsible for the KPI and meeting structure;

• Supervising and monitoring the execution of the established working methods;

• Identifying and reporting bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and resolving these with the Operations Manager;

• Co-responsible for the accuracy and completeness of our ERP system regarding location management and bookings;

• You are part of the BModesto Group BHV (Emergency Response) team;

• Working in accordance with applicable procedures and in line with GDP regulations.

• Minimum MBO+/HBO work and thinking level;

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in a relevant position;

• Experience with LEAN is a plus;

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Teams).
