Are you someone who loves to fathom systems and tackle problems at the source? Do you get energy from ensuring complex logistical processes run smoothly? Then we have the perfect challenge for you! Will you come and support us during the implementation of a new fashion client within an automated warehouse?

What you'll do

As a troubleshooter, you are part of the implementation of a new fashion client in our modern, automated warehouse. You analyze disruptions, identify bottlenecks, and ensure that systems, processes, and people align seamlessly. Your technical insight and solution-oriented attitude make the difference: you are the one working on it.

How do you do this? You bear the responsibility for detecting, investigating, and resolving operational and system-related malfunctions. These can arise from human error or system failures. You trace the cause, solve the problem, and attempt to prevent similar situations from recurring. You achieve this by:

thoroughly analyzing reported operational problems and determining priorities. You coordinate on this with your supervisor;
improving operational processes by devising and implementing optimizations in collaboration with other departments;
supporting urgent disruptions, including answering questions from your colleagues and our customers.

You bring

affinity with automated logistical processes;
experience with Excel, Microsoft Office and preferably WMS systems (Cargowrite is a plus);
good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
an analytical and independent way of working, with an eye for collaboration;
willingness to work in different shifts, with flexibility during peak periods.
