Demand Planner32-40 hours

Do you love planning and switching between teams? As a Demand Planner, you will ensure tight S&OP planning, forecasting, and production and material planning. You are the connecting factor between our commercial teams and production - so that everything runs smoothly from demand to delivery.

• Coordinating with the Directors of the various entities regarding the production orders to be planned and the progress;

• Scheduling the production orders based on the set priorities, and following up and chasing the progress, initiating and escalating actions where necessary;

• Preparing the Forecast overview in consultation with the Operational Manager and the Directors of the various entities;

• Translating the forecast into the weekly production capacity requirement;

• Supporting and advising the team leaders regarding personnel planning in relation to the forecast and the set targets;

• Sharing and making visible the output and performance of the operational teams and the current workload;

• Assessing feasibility and priority regarding urgent shipments and feeding this back to operations and commerce;

• Being responsible, in consultation, for the material planning regarding excipients;

• Contributing to the accuracy and completeness of the designated ERP system.
