Work Preparation Assistant 32 - 40 hours

Do you keep your cool during busy periods and are you super accurate? The Work Preparation Assistant is responsible for, among other things, providing the package leaflets and other excipients according to the corresponding base document and for producing and delivering labels according to the schedule. A responsible job! As a Work Preparation Assistant, you will receive guidance from the Work Preparation Team Lead. Does this sound like something for you? Then definitely read on!

• Creating a CVP according to the schedule;
• Checking that the batch and the expiration date of the packaging are in accordance with the system;
• Printing the correct version number and quantity of a label;
• Counting out the requested package leaflets/excipients;
• Picking the correct quantity and the correct version number of the package leaflets and other excipients;
• Preparing and setting out the products and the corresponding excipients for the Work Preparation Control;
• Ensuring the storage of the products under the correct conditions in the warehouse;
• Working according to the applicable procedures and in line with GMP regulations.
