What we're looking for

  • You are a 3rd or 4th year student of learning & development, human resources, or learning and development.
  • You have knowledge of LMS systems and the possibilities within them.
  • You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
  • You are analytically strong, meticulous, energetic, innovative, and creative.

What you'll do

  • Together with the training coordinators, ensure that everything is processed correctly administratively in our LMS system Workday
  • Looking at how we can utilize our LMS system even better
  • Sharing the latest insights and developments in the field of learning and development
  • Making improvement proposals regarding our LMS system and potentially the other tasks of the training coordinators

As an intern, you will support our training coordinators and be co-responsible for keeping our LMS system, Workday, up to date. We would love to hear more about your enthusiasm for learning and development; bring us up to speed on the latest trends and developments in the field of learning and development.
