HR Intern

Droppie is a unique recycling shop where you can drop off all your used items in a single visit. A place where what you hand in gains value again, for you, for your neighborhood, and for the future. You can come to us with all kinds of recyclable items, from old clothing and broken electronics to plastic packaging, cooking oil, plastic deposit bottles, and cans. At our drop-points, you can easily drop off everything at once. Every drop counts. As soon as you hand something in, you can immediately see in the Droppie app what you have done and what you get in return. You can keep that reward yourself, share it with a charity, or save it together with your neighborhood for something beautiful. We no longer have waste left over, only valuable materials and raw materials to reuse. This is how Droppie makes recycling easy, fun, and rewarding. A small drop with a big difference.

As an HR intern at Droppie, you will be fully involved in a fast-growing scale-up where people and sustainability go hand in hand. You will get the chance to gain broad experience - from recruitment and onboarding to employer branding and talent development. In our flat organization, your ideas are truly heard and you are given the space to take initiative yourself. This way, you not only learn how HR works, but you also make a direct impact.

• Collaborating on our employer branding and recruitment strategies

• Supporting and thinking about improving the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new colleagues

• Contributing ideas regarding talent development, training, and sustainable employability

• Ensuring that everything surrounding HR processes runs smoothly and in a people-oriented manner

• You are pursuing a HBO or WO degree in the direction of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field (Preference for a 3rd or 4th year student)

• You would like to gain experience in a sustainable start-up with impact

• You have sufficient understanding of the Dutch language to conduct conversations and write in Dutch

• You want to learn about the different components of HR and develop yourself in this area

• Working internship between 32 - 40 hours per week, 5 or 6 months. Our preference goes to working internships, learning on the job. Available from February 1st or otherwise (in consultation).

• A market-conform internship allowance of €500 per month based on a full-time internship
