• HBO or WO level of work and thinking

• Multi-year experience as a project manager in complex technical or network-driven environments

• Demonstrable experience with Prince2 and in-depth knowledge of project phasing

• Experience managing complex network infrastructure projects

• Experience with stakeholder management at the decision-maker level

• Understanding of the technical impact of choices on the client, operations, and management

As a Project Manager at Quanza, you will steer complex and business-critical projects within the network and infrastructure domain. You are responsible for the strategic and tactical management of the project team and keep planning, risks, and quality strictly in view.

You work intensively with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to realize projects successfully and in a controlled manner. You bring structure, clarity, and direction to trajectories that affect multiple disciplines and where technical choices have a direct impact on our clients' operations.

• Drawing up and monitoring project plans, budgets, and quality frameworks

• Project control of complex network and infrastructure projects

• Coordinating project activities and forming an effective project team

• Clear communication to clients regarding progress, risks, and necessary adjustments

• Risk management and stakeholder management at the decision-maker level

• Ensuring a smooth completion of projects, including handover to management and the client

• Documenting and reporting based on agreed standards (e.g., via ServiceNow and Confluence)

You are a project manager who brings overview, creates trust, and maintains course, even when projects involve multiple technical disciplines or political sensitivities. You switch easily between strategic thinking and tactical organizing, and you communicate clearly with both engineers and board members.
