In possession of a recognized Occupational Hygienist (AH) diploma;
At least 10 years of relevant work experience within industrial environments;
Completed HBO or WO education, preferably in a chemical or technical direction;
Strong advisory and reporting skills, both written and oral;
Independent, proactive, and able to effectively organize your work and schedule;
Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

Vacancy: Senior Occupational Hygienist - Arbosupport

Location: National | Hours: 32-40 hours per week | Experience: >10 years | Education: Occupational Hygiene + HBO/WO level

What you'll do

Developing and implementing strategic safety and health policies;
Conducting workplace investigations and assessing exposures (chemical, physical, biological);
Measurement and monitoring of hazardous substances and health risks;
Providing pragmatic advice on control measures to management and employees;
Translating legal frameworks into workable practical solutions (Arbobesluit, limit values, PGS guidelines);
Collaborating with other professionals from various disciplines;
Independently managing your own schedule and client relationships;
Maintaining and utilizing your network to build valuable long-term collaborations.

What will you do?

As a Senior Occupational Hygienist at Arbosupport, you are the expert in the field of healthy working conditions. You advise organizations in various sectors, from petrochemicals to pharmaceuticals and from construction to manufacturing, on recognizing, assessing, and controlling health risks in the workplace. You work independently on challenging assignments, leverage your network, and help clients take their policies and practices to a higher level.
