• A salary between € 3,556 and € 6,377 gross per month, depending on your experience.

For SWARCO in Zoetermeer, we are looking for a supervisor who loves to take the reins. Someone who understands the technology, knows their people, and gets energy from projects that deliver visible results.

You ensure it runs smoothly outside! 

While the project coordinator handles the preparation, you ensure the plans become reality. You will have about 5 to 8 projects under your care and will be the primary point of contact on location. 

You manage technicians and subcontractors, maintain control over planning, budget, and quality, and ensure that traffic installations and public lighting are commissioned safely and on time. 

But your role goes beyond just organizing the work. You: 

• Give your team direction, confidence, and the space to deliver good work. 

• Liaise with clients, the project coordinator, and the regional manager. 

• Anticipate risks and deviations and intervene when necessary. 

• Identify additional work and think along about smarter and more efficient working methods. 

• Ensure everyone works safely and can get to work with pleasure.

Technical skills in your fingers, people at heart.

You are clear when necessary, coaching where possible, and not afraid to make decisions. You don't have to do everything yourself, but you know exactly what is needed to achieve a good result together.
