Site Preparer/Estimator Civil Engineering

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level (e.g., Civil Engineering or similar).
• Experience as an estimator, site preparer, or in a combined role within civil engineering/infra.
• Familiar with RAW, UAV, and UAV-GC (or you want to master these quickly).
• You are analytical, organized, and communicate clearly in Dutch.

You are involved from the tender phase to execution. You switch smoothly between figures and practice and act as a sparring partner for the project manager, execution, and tender team. You work on projects such as (urban) redesigns, maintenance, and reconstructions of roads/sewerage and civil engineering structures.

• Preparing integral cost estimates for civil engineering projects (including RAW and UAV(-GC)).
• Analyzing contract documents, requirements, designs, and specifications.
• Requesting, evaluating, and comparing quotes (suppliers/subcontractors).
• Thinking along about execution methods, phasing, and alternatives (tender and execution).
• Identifying and managing risks and opportunities.
• Providing input for EMVI/BKPV, sustainability, and smart solutions.
• Preparing/monitoring schedules, working methods, and project documentation.
• Transferring the calculation to execution and providing guidance during realization.
• Contributing to process improvement and innovation within calculation/site preparation.

You are analytically strong, organizationally skilled, and feel at home in the civil engineering and infra sector. You switch effortlessly between figures and execution and know how to translate plans into a feasible and efficient project approach.
