The role

As Flagship Store Manager, you hold ultimate responsibility for the store and lead your team with the goal of creating an inspiring, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. You ensure an excellent operational and visual customer experience and actively stimulate collaboration and entrepreneurship at all levels.

What you'll do

  • are responsible for the total customer experience in the store, ensuring a strong visual and commercial presentation and implementing service tools to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • analyzes sales and budget targets, derives targeted optimizations, and implements these together with your team – while maintaining the store with cost awareness and using all resources efficiently.
  • plans tasks and staff deployment efficiently and ensures smooth execution of all operational processes – from the shop floor and the warehouse to the cash desks, fitting room routines, and daily store opening and closing.
  • develops your team strategically through recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback sessions, individual development, and succession planning – and strengthens motivation, team spirit, and a performance-oriented culture.
  • follows current fashion trends and relevant influencers with a sharp sense of style, and ensures that your team applies this knowledge purposefully in customer contact.

How you'll work

  • Willingness to travel to Amsterdam, The Hague, and Rotterdam
