Team Manager Sales

As Team Manager Sales, you are the driving force behind a department where service, results, and team development converge. You create an environment in which employees can grow, customers are surprised, and objectives are achieved.

You are truly a manager on the floor: a coach, a motivator, and an entrepreneur in one. Through your presence on the floor, you know what is happening, you adjust where necessary, and you ensure that your team brings out the best in themselves every day.

• You are the ultimate example on the shop floor and inspire employees with your customer-oriented and commercial approach.
• You create an inspiring store environment that aligns with the image and brand values of De Bijenkorf.
• You coach, motivate, and develop employees so that they can bring out the best in themselves.
• You are responsible for the daily management of the team, personnel planning, and operational processes.
• You monitor commercial objectives and actively drive turnover, conversion, NPS, and membership.
• You identify opportunities and translate these into concrete improvement actions.
• You initiate and supervise store projects, events, and commercial actions.
• You work closely with other departments.
• You continuously contribute to improving the shopping experience for both customers and employees.

You are an energetic and inspiring leader who loves being among people. You combine coaching leadership with commercial insight and get energy from providing both employees and customers with a great experience.

In addition, you possess:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience within retail, hospitality, or a similar environment.
• Experience with coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
• Knowledge of commercial KPIs such as turnover, conversion, NPS, and membership.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch.

Based on full-time employment (40 hours per week), you can count on:

• A gross monthly salary between € 3,252.-- and € 4,500.-- depending on knowledge and experience.

What you bring
