The role

Senior (L3)

As a senior RevOps consultant, you are the point of contact for our clients' commercial engine. From scan to commercial blueprint to go-live. You sit at the table with CCOs, sales, and marketing directors, exposing the friction between their teams and translating that into an operating model that works in HubSpot and the rest of their stack.

You work in a fixed team with GTM specialists and engineers and are jointly responsible for your own client portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Leading workshops with C-level and the client's sales, marketing, and service teams

  • Performing RevOps scans and translating them into a blueprint with business cases and commercial strategy

  • Designing pipelines, lead scoring, forecasting, handovers, and reporting

  • Driving implementation together with engineers and client management

  • Contributing to our pre-sales: scoping, approach, and feasibility
