As a Foreman Overhead Line & Support Structures, you are not only technically strong, but also a true team player with leadership qualities. You:

• Have an MBO diploma (level 4) in electrical engineering, energy technology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or civil engineering.
• Have demonstrable leadership qualities, preferably in the rail or energy sector.
• Are decisive, customer-oriented, and communicate clearly with both your team and external parties.
• Know that safety always comes first and ensure that others experience it that way too.

What will you be doing?
In this role, no two days are the same. You:

• Direct, coach, and evaluate your team of technicians and mechanics.
• Realize contract and specification agreements, and closely monitor the progress of projects.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and all involved parties to guarantee quality and safety.
• Supervise that all safety regulations are complied with and step in if things go differently than planned.
• Keep your team motivated, even when working remotely, and ensure that everyone goes home with a smile.
