Integration Specialist

• You have technical insight, but are also strong in communication

• You are customer-oriented and know how to explain complex matters simply

• Guiding customers in implementing integrations with Appical via N8N.

• Translating functional requirements into a working integration.

• Mapping fields between systems (HRIS, ATS, and later also other integrations).

• Troubleshooting errors in integrations (and sometimes diving through Excel sheets 🔍).

• Proactively involving customers, so that projects do not delay unnecessarily.

As an Integration Specialist, you ensure that our customers' systems work seamlessly with Appical. You ensure that these connections work smoothly and that the customer understands how everything fits together.

You work with our middleware solution N8N (iPaaS). That means: no complicated development, but smart mapping, configuring, and troubleshooting. You are the bridge between the customer and technology: sometimes you talk to a technical specialist on the customer side, sometimes to someone without a technical background. In both cases, you know how to make complex matters understandable.

In short: you combine technical skills with project management and customer focus.
