Pavement and Asset Management Advisor (senior)

You are someone with:

• HBO or WO degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• A few years of experience with pavements or asset management (pre)

• Analytical ability and affinity with data
• Communicatively skilled and advisory-oriented
• Independent and structured

You will join the Infra Asset Management department: a close-knit team of specialists with knowledge of pavements, expansion joints, deflection and ground radar measurements, inspections, and maintenance planning. Your location is Hengelo. Hybrid working is possible and you will regularly visit project locations and clients.

As a Pavement & Asset Management Advisor, you advise clients on the management and maintenance of pavements. You analyze inspection data and asset data and translate these into maintenance strategies and concrete measures.

Your duties include:

• Dimensioning of pavements
• Drafting maintenance advice and multi-year plans
• Analyzing inspection results and measurement data
• Advising on the lifespan and performance of pavements
• Supporting the implementation of asset management processes
• Coordinating with clients and internal disciplines
• Contributing to knowledge development within the field
