Data Engineer

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, integration developer, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

• You have experience with HubSpot, or have worked in the past with another CRM such as Salesforce or Pipedrive and know how CRM data should be structured.

• You have demonstrable experience with integrating systems via APIs and migrating data between platforms.

• You are not looking for an environment with large data warehouses and ML pipelines. Instead, you enjoy solving concrete, manageable problems well.

• You can concisely indicate what you do and why, and you do not hesitate to indicate if something is technically unfeasible or needs to be done differently.

We are looking for a pragmatic Data Engineer who is a specialist in integrations and migrations, and knows exactly how to get data into HubSpot correctly.

You are the engineer who ensures that systems talk to each other and data is always correct. No endless architecture sessions, but hands-on building of solutions that work. You work closely with our Solution Engineers and consultants. They translate the customer need into a design; you ensure that the technical execution is solid.

What you do...

Data Integrations
You build and maintain connections between HubSpot and other systems such as ERPs, financial tools, and other sources. In doing so, you primarily work with n8n and are capable of also building custom solutions via REST and GraphQL APIs.

Data Migrations
You migrate data from legacy systems to HubSpot. You ensure a clean data structure, good mapping, and a reliable end result, without any surprises afterwards.

CRM Data Quality
You understand how a CRM works and know how data must be modeled to be useful for sales, marketing, and operations. You contribute ideas regarding the right object structure, field choices, and relationships within HubSpot.

Hands-on Engineering
You write Python and SQL where necessary, and have no trouble debugging API calls, building workflows in n8n, or resolving data inconsistencies.
