Do you want to work at the intersection of testing and Artificial Intelligence? As an AI Test Consultant at Capgemini, you help organizations bring AI applications into production in a reliable, safe, and responsible manner. You work on innovative AI solutions for clients in the public and private sectors and ensure that they are not only smart, but also reliable.

As an AI Test Consultant, you help clients test and improve AI solutions. You work at the intersection of technology, quality, and risks and play an important role in making AI solutions reliable. This makes your role versatile: you are tester, advisor, and innovator.

You will be involved in, among other things:

• Testing AI and machine learning models for reliability, bias, and explainability;
• Validating AI output for consistency, accuracy, and risks;
• Setting up test strategies for AI solutions and GenAI applications;
• Deploying AI to improve test processes, such as test case generation or data analysis;
• Setting up and testing AI chains (data, model, API, and integrations)
• Thinking along about governance, compliance, and regulation.

• Experience: Medior/Senior, 3-6+ years of experience

You are curious about new technology and want to be at the forefront of the development of the testing profession. You understand that AI brings different challenges than traditional software and find it interesting to devise solutions for this.

You bring:

• Completed HBO or WO degree;
• Excellent command of the Dutch (B2) and English (B2) languages;
• At least 3 years of experience within testing or test automation;
• Experience or demonstrable affinity with AI, data, or machine learning
• Experience with Agile and/or DevOps environments
• A TMAP or ISTQB certification

But at least as important:

• You are communicatively strong and switch easily between business and IT
• You are eager to learn and want to continue developing yourself
• You enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from others
