Do you enjoy supporting teams and colleagues from your area of expertise and providing requested and unrequested advice on complex cases? Are you analytical and do you see it as a challenge to provide support to colleagues in their guidance? For the Gooi and Vechtstreek region, we are looking for a colleague behavioral scientist/behavioral expert for 16-18 hours per week. Increasingly complex situations arise during intake, residency, and discharge. As a behavioral expert within Gooi and Vechtstreek, you play an important role in shaping the care provided by various teams, which consist of coordinating supervisors, supervisors, and support staff. In this role, you work at the client level; on the physical and psychological well-being and the social network of the client, and you look at the organizational context. Based on your expertise, you connect with the task maturity of the various teams and work together with them. In doing so, you know how to translate theory into practice, jointly determine the care trajectory, and continue to monitor it. Additionally, you identify developments and act as a sparring partner for the care managers. You bring external developments "from the outside in" and make proposals for innovations that lead to an increase in the quality of care.
Your base of operations is our temporary regional office in Blaricum (from mid-2027 this will be Bussum) and you will work at various locations within the Gooi and Vechtstreek region. It concerns the substantive implementation of the care trajectories of teams and contact with practitioners in crisis situations. Substantively, you report to the care manager and you work together with three colleague behavioral experts working within the same area.
