Participation in our on-call shifts. Evening shifts (until 8:30 PM) and on-call shifts
You are available 18 - 36 hours per week
As an anesthesia assistant, you understand how important it is to act tactfully and with integrity. You put the patient central, you like to contribute 'your unique part' to the pleasant atmosphere in our team, and you always strive for the best quality of work.

St Jansdal pays in accordance with the hospital CAO in scale 55 (FWG 3.0), a maximum of € 5,503- per month based on 36 hours.
In addition, you receive an 8.33% holiday allowance and a full 13th month/year-end bonus of 8.33%.

As an anesthesia assistant, you work intensively with the anesthesiologist and ensure that patients undergo their surgery safely and comfortably. You check your equipment daily and monitor and support vital functions during the perioperative phase, and you have an eye for both the physical and psychological well-being of the patient. You also contribute to good pain management after the procedure. Additionally, you work 1 or 2 shifts per month in the Holding area, where you prepare patients for surgery and check patient data.
As an anesthesia assistant, you will receive a permanent contract immediately. The location is both Harderwijk and Lelystad.

The OR complex in Harderwijk and Lelystad has 8 operating rooms, including 1 hybrid OR. There are 65 surgical assistants, 33 Anesthesia Assistants (including 6 sedation practice specialists), and 16 recovery nurses working there. These are managed by 2 team leaders and a head of OR.
