Anesthesia Assistant

• A completed education as an anesthesia technician (CZO-certified).

• A contract for an indefinite period (permanent contract)!

• A good salary between €4,043 and €6,058 per month (based on 40 hours, CAO ZKN).

• A 10% scarcity allowance on top of your gross monthly salary. You receive this in addition to the salary mentioned above!

• Holiday allowance of 8.3% and additionally an end-of-year bonus of 8.3% (if you wish, you can also have this paid out monthly).

• Together, this means a total annual income between €61,000 and €93,200 based on 40 hours.

• Security for the future, with a good pension scheme (PFZW) and collective health insurance.

For our new clinic in Capelle aan den IJssel, we are looking for a new colleague! As an anesthesia technician at Bergman Clinics, you are the calming factor in the operating room. Thanks to your involvement and care, clients feel at ease, both before and during surgery. Together with a close-knit and professional team, you deliver top-quality care and make a difference every day.

In this role, you are an indispensable link in the OR. You guide clients, assist the anesthesiologist, and monitor anesthesia during surgeries. With your precision and focus, you work in a dynamic environment where quick thinking is essential.

• Your duties include:

• Reassuring clients and preparing them for anesthesia and surgery.

• Assisting the anesthesiologist during the procedure.

• Checking and preparing the OR and equipment for use according to the schedule.

• Monitoring and, where necessary, adjusting the anesthesia based on the client's condition.

You work 9 hours per day, without weekends, evenings, or night shifts! Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

• Strong communication skills for pleasant collaboration with clients and colleagues.
