• A permanent contract and a salary between €3500 and €4500 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week, employment at least 32 hours).
• At Sopra Steria, we believe equal pay for equal work is important. Therefore, we determine your salary based on objective criteria such as experience, knowledge, competencies, and responsibilities. This way, we ensure fair and transparent compensation that matches your background and the impact of your role. 
• Holiday allowance of 8%; 
• A profit-sharing scheme with a target payment of 8% of the gross (part-time) annual salary, depending on company results;

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will become part of our recruitment team and work closely with our Data & AI area. You will support the attraction of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Consultants, and other data specialists who help organizations work in a data-driven manner.

You will not be alone. You will form a duo with an experienced recruiter who is responsible for the Data & AI business. Together, you will ensure an excellent candidate experience and learn all facets of the recruitment profession step by step.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop into a fully qualified recruiter. You will receive plenty of guidance, but also the space to quickly take on responsibility and build your own network.

• You support the recruitment process from intake to hire;
• You help with searching for and approaching candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels;
• You conduct initial introductory interviews with candidates;
• You schedule interviews and guide candidates throughout the process;
• You build talent pools for future vacancies;
• You support referral recruitment, events, and campus activities;
• You think along about creative ways to reach new talent;
• You maintain contact with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience;
• You work closely with an experienced recruiter from the Data & AI team, from whom you can learn daily;
• You grow step by step toward an independent recruiter role.

You are curious about people, enjoy asking questions, and like building relationships. You do not need to be an experienced recruiter yet. We find your energy, communication skills, and motivation to learn the profession much more important.

You are proactive, see opportunities, and enjoy actively searching for talent. Additionally, you get energy from collaborating and want to develop yourself within a professional and collegial environment.

Additionally, you will be part of our recruitment community of approximately 16 recruiters. A team in which sharing knowledge, collaborating, and helping each other are central. Through various initiatives and projects, you will also get the chance to think along about recruitment marketing, sourcing, AI in recruitment, and process improvement.
