As a Business Analyst trainee at Sopra Steria, you will work on real client issues from day one. You will bring structure to complex processes, translate stakeholder wishes into smart solutions, and learn how technology contributes to sustainable change.

You will participate in a multidisciplinary team with developers, architects, and other analysts. You will learn the ropes of the trade through training, coaching, and practical experience. The Pega platform is central to this — a powerful tool for process optimization, in which you will be trained and certified during the traineeship.

• Analyzing and improving client processes

• Mapping out wishes, dependencies, and bottlenecks

• Writing user stories and consulting with development teams

• Thinking along about smart digital solutions

• Learning to work with Pega and working towards certification

You do not need to know Pega yet. If you understand processes, enjoy collaborating, and dare to look critically, we will build the rest together with you.

• An HBO or WO working and thinking level and at least B2-level Dutch

• Strong analytical skills and interest in improving processes

• Ability to convert wishes and dependencies into clear user stories

• Curiosity about Pega and willingness to get certified (at our expense)

• Familiarity with Agile working or interest in learning this
