Environmental Manager in the Netherlands

As an environmental manager, you are involved in our projects from start to finish. You ensure that all interests of clients, local residents, landowners, and authorities are mapped out AND aligned with one another. By communicating clearly and making clear agreements, you prevent bottlenecks and ensure a good relationship between all parties involved. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure technical plans align well with the wishes and requirements of the environment. Thanks to your commitment, our projects have not only a strong technical foundation, but also social support.

In addition, you play a key role in stakeholder management and communication with neighborhood residents and/or landowners. You ensure that you have insight into all interests and issues surrounding the project. Through your proactive approach, you know how to involve the right people at the right time so that projects maintain progress during preparation and execution.

In short, as an Environmental Manager for projects at Siers, you are crucial in connecting technology and the environment. You map out the interests of clients, local residents, landowners, and authorities and align them with each other. With your clear communication and proactive approach, you prevent bottlenecks and ensure a good relationship between all parties involved.

• An employment of at least 32 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week with a good and appropriate salary;

• A one-year contract with a view to a permanent position;

• 25 vacation days and 13 advisory days, so you have plenty of time to relax or go on holiday;

• Everything you need to perform your work well, including a laptop, phone, and lease car;

• A lot of freedom and independence in performing your duties;

• A good and familial atmosphere at a family business where people come first. We work hard, but overtime is not the standard. A healthy work-life balance is always our priority;

• When Siers makes a profit, you share in it by means of a profit-sharing scheme.

• You have at least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree. An assessment may be part of the application procedure;

• Well-developed communication skills;

• Knowledge of the infrastructure sector is a plus;

• Driver's license B.
