Environmental Manager

We are looking for an all-round environmental manager to work on beautiful, challenging projects for various clients.

Delivering quality and keeping the environment satisfied—that is our goal in every project. And you play an important role in that. As an environmental manager, you are in contact with stakeholders—from local residents to municipalities and contractors—and you ensure coordination and the provision of information. Additionally, you carry out the necessary investigations, monitor environmental aspects, and inventory which permits are required. In this way, you contribute to the preparation and execution, but also to the optimization of the planning. In short: thanks to you, we sail smoothly toward completion.

From our office in Zwolle, you will work on beautiful, challenging projects for various clients in the region, such as government bodies, various contractors, and project developers. You will, among other things, perform environmental analyses and draw up spatial substantiations and BLVC plans, in order to determine the communication strategy on that basis—and of course, also execute it. You ensure that ideas, comments, and requirements are heard.

As an environmental manager...

• You are responsible for stakeholder management and communication (resident letters, BouwApp, information sessions)

• You coordinate with municipalities, landowners, companies, and residents

• You coordinate and monitor office studies and exploratory investigations (such as ecology, soil, and archaeology)

• You provide support regarding permits, conditioning, and BLVC aspects

• You identify and manage environmental risks

Preferably at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a project environment, preferably within environmental management or infrastructure. You are proactive, strong in communication, and have a listening ear. Together with the team, you strive for the very best result for the client.
