As a Salesforce consultant at Capgemini, you will have a versatile role in which you combine your Salesforce skills with customer-oriented working. Your responsibilities include:

• You provide presentations, release sessions, and workshops for clients
• You gather requirements from product owners and key users, where you prove your value through probing skills: what does the client truly want?
• You translate insights into application designs for the processes and collaborate with the Solution Architect on the choice between standard (where possible) and custom (where necessary)
• You flesh out the designs, working intensively with counterparts at the client and various team members, such as technical consultants and solution architects
• You determine the correct Salesforce specifications and configure them flawlessly
• You also zoom in on interface design: what works for the user?

As a Salesforce Consultant, you are one of the super-specialists within the client team that makes Salesforce ambitions a reality.

• You have several years of work experience with Salesforce functionally and/or technically
• You are Dutch-speaking and in possession of a completed HBO or WO degree
• Experience in consultancy is a plus
