💰 Scale 5: € 2768.26 - €3140.87 (depending on experience) gross per pay period, excl. allowances
📅 80 to 144 hours per 4 weeks on contract

As a supervisor, you are the very first point of contact for the security team at a high-risk client location. You enjoy coaching the security guards to get the best out of them, ensuring a good working atmosphere and monitoring quality.

You are the linchpin when it comes to ensuring the personal and professional development of your team members. And always demonstrating the right exemplary behavior is, for you, a matter of course.

You will be working in an environment where, alongside security awareness and hospitality, punctuality and delivering quality work play a major role. Upon detecting irregularities, you report this directly to the Security Operational Manager. You work closely with him and provide everyone with the right input, regarding both the operational process and the employees. 

A glimpse of the common duties

• You are operationally responsible at the location, where you manage a team of security guards.
• You personally participate in the execution of the daily activities.
• As Supervisor, you deal with your security team daily, distribute tasks, and oversee the correct capacity or signal when this is not in order.
• Actively thinking along and working together with the client on improvements for a long-term and sustainable collaboration
• You know your people and the location inside out, and ensure that everyone is in the place where he or she can best excel.
• Detecting and reporting irregularities to the Security Operational Manager.
• Ensuring that all security tasks are carried out according to the rules, procedures, and with the highest level of quality.
• You guide your team from day one to let them grow into a security professional.
