Supervisor Subsidies & Other Assurance

• You have at least 5 years of experience within audit or assurance.

• You have a completed HBO or WO accountancy degree and have completed a post-master Accountancy or are currently studying for it.

• You are independent and proactive: you take on your own assignments and manage quality and planning.

• You are a strong communicator and client-oriented: you translate questions into concrete actions.

• You enjoy guiding assistants and colleagues in their development.

• You remain energetic in an environment with a lot of variation: different clients, different regulations, different contexts.

• Your interest in digitalization and data analysis is a plus.

• A wide range of interesting assignments for various organizations.

At our SAAS department (Subsidy Assurance, Advisory & Support), you work in a healthy rhythm: predictable peak moments, but no extreme seasonal pressure and without stressful peak periods!

As a Supervisor within other assurance services, you independently carry out diverse assignments. Every regulation, client, and assignment is different, which ensures a varied and energetic work week. You maintain the overview, guide colleagues, and are the fixed point of contact for clients, no-nonsense, à la Crowe.
