Hotel Security Officer/Beveiliger

• 1 year of relevant experience as a Hotel Security Officer and/or possession of an MBO Beveiliger 2 diploma
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Fluent Dutch is required; English language skills are a plus.

• Keep a watchful eye on safety via 70 surveillance cameras and matters such as lost property, fire, theft, burglary, accident prevention, key management, and enforcing house rules.
• Understand and implement safety and security procedures, advise on safety risks, and take decisive action during evacuations or emergencies.
• Work closely with various departments, providing and receiving support where necessary. Work together with a team of 5 security officers during different shifts.
• Remain calm in stressful situations, take the lead during emergencies, problems, and malfunctions. Coordinate and report incidents quickly.
