We are looking for a committed and alert Security Supervisor who knows how to effortlessly combine security and hospitality. You ensure that both guests and colleagues feel safe and welcome at all times. With your eye for detail, natural authority, and calm demeanor, you contribute to a carefree and pleasant atmosphere within the hotel. You are the link between the team, the operation, and the well-being of everyone who walks through our doors.
Ensuring the safety of guests, colleagues, and property within and around the hotel.
Operationally managing and supporting the Security Officer(s) within the Security Team.
Monitoring via the camera network and being responsible for, among other things, key management, fire and burglary prevention, lost property, and compliance with house rules.
Acting quickly and decisively in the event of security incidents, malfunctions, or emergencies, including coordinating evacuations.
Collaborating with various departments to create a safe, welcoming, and pleasant atmosphere for everyone in the hotel.
Experience in security and operational management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
