Customer Service Shift Leader

• You possess an MBO 4 level of working and thinking and preferably have experience within a service-oriented or customer-oriented environment.
• You communicate strongly in Dutch and English and know how to bring others along in a positive way.
• You are flexibly deployable for morning, evening, and night shifts.
• You possess a B driver's license and your own transport, because the location is not accessible by public transport.

• Salary of € 18.15 gross per hour excluding allowances

As a Shift Leader, you are the link between the work floor and management. You actively participate in operations and simultaneously ensure that everything runs smoothly during your shift. You monitor the quality and continuity of the service, maintain an overview of various processes, and switch effortlessly between operational, administrative, and coordinating tasks.

Additionally, you are the first point of contact for colleagues regarding questions or challenges. You direct employees, guide new colleagues during their onboarding period, and ensure that the team can perform optimally. Where necessary, you take charge and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and according to agreement.

You are someone who gets energy from dynamism, variety, and responsibility. You keep a cool head when many things happen at once and know how to set priorities well. Thanks to your accurate way of working and strong administrative skills, you maintain an overview, even in a busy environment.

Additionally, you are a strong communicator, take initiative, and know how to motivate and guide colleagues in a positive way. You are a true team player who loves to collaborate, but also dares to make independent decisions when the situation calls for it.
