Shift Leader Warehouse

• You possess at least a completed MBO4 education in the direction of Logistics/Supply Chain or similar, possibly supplemented with Robotics and/or Industrial Automation

• You preferably have 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in logistics or production

• You preferably have knowledge and experience in a GMP/hygienic environment

• You are communicatively skilled, in both Dutch and English

• Safety, quality, and efficiency of the warehouse operation

• Planning and control of operational budgets

• Educating, training (on the job), and developing the Warehouse team

• Projects within the department

• Continuous improvement of the warehouse processes

• Coordination with logistical partners

As Shift Leader Warehouse, you are responsible for the direction and supervision of the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods/materials in our warehouse, within the applicable logistical and administrative procedures and policies. You are hands-on and lead a team of approximately 9 Warehouse Operators working in a shift roster. You execute the logistical policy to ensure that all necessary conditions to support the business process within Abbott Zwolle are realized.
