Customer Service Representative Road Logistics

• You have an MBO / HBO thinking level, preferably having completed an education in logistics or economics;
• You have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
• You are service-oriented and stress-resistant;
• You are available for at least 40 hours per week.

In addition to a great salary, we also offer a travel allowance and a good pension scheme. You have 24 vacation days and 3.5 ATV days, and you have the possibility to purchase additional days. We use flexible working hours so that your work/life balance is optimal. You start with a one-year contract with a view to permanent employment.

• As the first point of contact, you represent the interests of our customers on a daily basis;
• You participate in internal operational meetings to coordinate on the operational matters occurring with customers;
• You follow up closely on incoming customer complaints;
• You are in contact with our carriers to follow up on shipments, statuses, and proofs of delivery;
• You work closely on your customer account, with your colleagues from your own team and other departments;
• In short, you are a jack-of-all-trades within a dynamic and challenging environment.

You are the first point of contact for our customers. You know better than anyone how to optimally serve customers and ensure they can come to you with their questions. You will join a close-knit team of 14 colleagues who enjoy putting their shoulders to the wheel together to serve customers as best as possible every day. You will have regular contact with our carriers and will work in a multi-client environment where we serve various customers within diverse service levels & verticals.
